Hafeez serves as the Data Repository Specialist at the University of Arizona Libraries, where he oversees the daily operations of the University of Arizona Research Data Repository (ReDATA) and manages its technology infrastructure. He supports data curation, preservation, and publishing services, and actively contributes to ReDATA’s outreach efforts. Hafeez likes metadata completeness and with a background in Computer Science, he has a passion for software development, particularly in enhancing data repositories and preservation workflows. Currently, he is focused on strengthening data repositories through machine learning while adhering to the TRUST, FAIR, and CARE principles.
