Annual All Hands Meeting

The Data Curation Network hosts an annual All Hands Meeting– a combination business meeting, networking event, and community development opportunity that all DCN Members are invited to attend.

The 5th DCN All Hands Meeting will take place June 28-30. It will be held as a virtual event due to the global COVID pandemic.

Day 1, AHM Year 5: Business Meeting

This year’s business meeting will include several discussions, activities, and presentations, including:

  • Introducing new members
  • Review of proposed changes to the Governance Model
  • An opportunity to provide feedback on the DCN and activities for year five (!!)
  • Presentations from members of the DCN Advisory Board

Day 2, AHM Year 5: Education and Professional Development

On Day 2, we’ll focus on peer-comparisons: what can we learn from one another? After a workshop on Human Participant Data Essentials, we’ll discuss:

  • Metrics and reporting
  • Repository implementations
  • Education as outreach

Day 3, AHM Year 5: Community and Research Sharing

We’ll end our annual meeting with updates from special interest groups, dive into breakout groups for discussion, and end with a series of lightning talks from DCN members.
