Lauren Phegley is the Research Data Engineer in the Penn Libraries at the University of Pennsylvania. As part of the Research Data & Digital Scholarship department, she supports research teams, faculty, and students across the subject area spectrum regarding data management, data analysis, data literacy, data sharing, research workflows, and compliance with publisher and funder mandates. She is part of the team that supports ScholarlyCommons, the open access institutional repository for Penn, which accepts research data. Prior to coming to the University of Pennsylvania, she completed her MSLIS at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and worked as a graduate assistant for the Research Data Service in the UIUC Library.
